The Definox DCX3 aseptic double-acting single seat valve is a shut-off valve dedicated to sterile processes. It is equipped with a deformable membrane ensuring physical protection between the process and contamination from the atmosphere. Its patented seal technologies allow the DCX3 Aseptic to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Equipped with a double-acting pneumatic actuator, it can be fitted with a SORIO control top.

The DEFINOX DPX EBF manual wafer butterfly valve is a hygienic shut-off valve designed to provide simplicity, reliability and easy maintenance. Based on a common technical platform shared with the welded version, it enables quick removal and reinstallation of the valve directly on the production line. Equipped with a high-performance PTFE flange seal compliant with FDA and EC 1935/2004 regulations, the DPX EBF reduces spare parts inventory while ensuring excellent chemical resistance. Available with a 5-position stainless steel handle with 2 intermediate positions, a micrometric handle, a trigger handle or a lockable handle, it can also be fitted with a position detector.

All wetted parts are manufactured from Hastelloy® C-22 to provide excellent corrosion resistance in the most aggressive environments. Retaining the hygienic performance and easy maintenance of the DPX range, it is available with a 5-position stainless steel handle with 2 intermediate positions, a micrometric handle, a trigger handle or a lockable handle, and can also be fitted with a position detector.

The Definox DCX3 steam barrier single seat valve is a shut-off valve dedicated to sterile processes. It is equipped with a device ensuring the sterilization of the valve stem in contact with the outside and the process and thus guarantees protection against atmosphere contamination. Its patented seal technologies allow the DCX3 steam barrier to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Equipped with a single-acting pneumatic actuator (NO/NC), it can be fitted with a SORIO control top.

The Definox DCX3P manual single seat valve is a small diameter shut-off valve (DN1/2" to 1"). Robust and hygienic in design, the manual DCX3P is perfectly cleanable. Its patented seal technologies allow the manual DCX3P to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Thanks to its modularity, it can cover a wide range of applications and process configurations. Equipped in this version with a manual actuator. DCX3P often equip our STARMOTION pigging modules or our STARWHEEL injection solutions.
