The Definox DCX3 steam barrier single seat valve is a shut-off valve dedicated to sterile processes. It is equipped with a device ensuring the sterilization of the valve stem in contact with the outside and the process and thus guarantees protection against atmosphere contamination. Its patented seal technologies allow the DCX3 steam barrier to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Equipped with a single-acting pneumatic actuator (NO/NC), it can be fitted with a SORIO control top.

The Definox DCX3P manual single seat valve is a small diameter shut-off valve (DN1/2" to 1"). Robust and hygienic in design, the manual DCX3P is perfectly cleanable. Its patented seal technologies allow the manual DCX3P to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Thanks to its modularity, it can cover a wide range of applications and process configurations. Equipped in this version with a manual actuator. DCX3P often equip our STARMOTION pigging modules or our STARWHEEL injection solutions.
