The Definox DCX4P single seat valve is a small diameter divert valve (DN1/2" to 1"). Robust and hygienic in design, the DCX4P is perfectly cleanable. Its patented seal technologies allow the DCX4P to have quick maintenance and reduced OPEX costs. Thanks to its modularity, the DCX4P can cover a wide range of applications and process configurations. Equipped with a single-acting pneumatic actuator (NO/NC), it can be fitted with a SORIO control top. DCX4P often equip our STARMOTION pigging modules or our STARWHEEL injection solutions.

The actuator is supplied with an integrated detection cam and welded mounting brackets enabling direct installation onto the valve drive square, with mounting identical to previous generations to ensure interchangeability.Depending on the selected configuration, the actuator can be delivered pre-equipped with a SORIO Basic wired control unit or SORIO control tops in wired, AS-i or IO-Link versions for valve position monitoring and control.Available in single-acting (normally closed or normally open depending on the drive square orientation) or double-acting versions. Actuators are available in GEN2 for sizes from ¾" to DN100 (DN104 included) and in GEN1 for DN125 and DN150.

The Definox VEOX PMO mixproof is a leak chamber valve with no loss of product when opening. It follows the North American “Pasteurized Milk Ordinance” regulations and has 3A certification. The VEOX PMO integrates a physical break between two circuits. This technology makes the crossing of two fluids of different nature possible in complete safety with visualizing an eventual leak. Flipping the valve plugs ensures complete cleaning without opening the valve. Complete cleaning of the balancer, efficient sealing solutions, quick disassembly and serviceable actuator allow the VEOX to offer perfect cleanability and reduced cost of use. It can be fitted with a Sorio control top.

The Definox SORIO double acting control top allows the control and monitoring of Definox valves. The SORIO double acting is available with 1, 2 or 3 solenoid valves, in digital, AS-i and IO-Link versions. Easy to use and implement, it allows fast commissioning. It provides innovative diagnostic and adjustment functions and allows permanent visualization of the valve status thanks to the 360° LED. Robust design, it is resistant to vibrations and projections (IP69K). Available with plastic or stainless steel cover.
